Immediate sinus floor elevation with or without bone cover Sinus Instrument Set has been developed together with Dr. Stiller and is particulary suited for diffi cult maxillary sinus structure (septa, maxillary pillars, scarred mutations in change with intact maxillary sinus mucosa).
